Return Policy
We offer a 15 day return for eligible merchandise. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges). Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 24 hours (on business days) of receipt of package.
In case following conditions are not met Zindu Nutrition reserves the right to refuse the return.
– the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
– items and packaging must be received in new condition
– the original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged
– packaging must include all original items and be unopened
– return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt
Before returning package you need to contact Zindu Nutrition support for return label and instructions on your return. You can use email contact@zindunutrition.com
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order email contact@zindunutrition.com for assistance. Order can be cancelled provided that the order has not yet been shipped by contacting. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
